Our experience this time was something truly refreshing. All members of the Bommarito team helped us feel like we truly mattered. Not because of the sale, but for us as fellow human beings. We were especially impressed with Sue Doyle. As the manager, she is one busy individual and has a kajillion things going on at any given time. She never made us feel rushed and was always so pleasant and genuinely kind. We never felt like we were just another number. Our sales person, Joe Russo, was so cool and never, ever pressured us into making a decision. During and after the sale, he was always very attentive and helpful. It was such a relief not to have to play the car game where you have to haggle back-and-forth with prices. Everyone was respectful and kind. It was truly one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a car. I take that back, it was the best experience we have had purchasing a car! We can’t say enough good things. We will recommend the dealership to our friends, acquaintances and whoever else will listen! 😀 We live in Wildwood Missouri, a good drive away, but it was totally worth the trip several times over. More
