We signed the lease, he gave us the keys, he went over the features of the new car, and off we went within an hour! Everything went very smoothly. Frankly, what impressed me the most was the negotiation-there was none!! Joe gave me an excellent price right up front-I have never had that happen. Definitely will be back in three years. Thank you!
