I had one of the best experiences. I walked in and was greeted right away by Sumbal. She listened and understood that I was in the market for my first Outback Subaru. I was wanting I walked in and was greeted right away by Sumbal. She listened and understood that I was in the market for my first Outback Subaru. I was wanting the top of the line with all the bells and whistles. I was unsure about trading my car in and ended up trading my care and getting a fair deal on that. I did not have my spare key or title with me and Sumbal ended up coming to my home to pick up the items. I was not thinking that I would walk out of the dealership that night with a new car, but I did. The whole process was excellent from beginning to end. In my past experience with other dealers I have gotten flustered and walked out because of being pushed into something I was not comfortable. Not this time, very pleasant experience. I feel very comfortable that if I need anything that I can ask and will be given an answer. More
