Our sales person, Dean, and "Genius" Susan have been super helpful and patient. Also, we have only had our cars serviced at the dealership since 1995 with outstanding results. The service team, with manager Tim, are responsive, honest, and deliver great service. We like that The BMW Store is a family owned dealership that only does BMWs, not part of a multi-dealership corporation. we have a BMW dealer 5 minutes from our home, but drive the 30 minutes to get to the BMW Store --- very different place. More

Eric Fender took care of our financial side of the car and was a pleasure to work with, making us feel as a part of the family! We are loyal / avid owners of BMW's since 2008 and have purchased seven vehicles in that time frame. The cars sell themselves, but the people bring us back specifically to The BMW Store. Excellent all around This was our first time to buy a BMW and the first time to deal with The BMW Store. Although we had purchased two Mini Coopers from next door at the M This was our first time to buy a BMW and the first time to deal with The BMW Store. Although we had purchased two Mini Coopers from next door at the Mini Store. I've been interested in the M240i x since it was introduced and was familiar with reviews of the car. But Dean Stathes was very knowledgeable about this model which made the whole process move along. I was thinking of an Audi S3 or A5, but after driving one the used M240s at the dealers I knew that was the one. Dean made the ordering process an easy one. After the car arrived, Dean, Ric Koresky, and Susan Ward all contributed to introducing the car and explaining many of the car's main features. There as a bag of "goodies" that Rick provided....very nice items, no junk. Susan went over much of the complex electronics with me. It's been a great experience all round. More
