This is my fifth car purchase/lease and they just make it so easy. The cars keep getting better and better and are of course amazing to drive. Paul Kolleck has taken great care of me over the years and is top notch. Ric Koresky and his team have the whole process down to a science. The paperwork with Conor O'Somachain was seamless and smooth and took just a few minutes. This was my first experience going over all the cool new features with Susan Ward on the pickup day and it was fun and educational. I can honestly say that I will be bringing all my future car buying business to the BMW Store without a second's hesitation. More
