Helpful & patient I knew in the spring that I was going to buy another BMW but wasn't in a hurry to get it done. Simple and Effective Car Purchase Tim is very helpful and patient, he made the car purchase like buying a toy. I visited the store in early August, without having any options in mind. Tim is very helpful and patient, he made the car purchase like buying a toy. I visited the store in early August, without having any options in mind. Tim showed me the X1 2016 model and also explained me on the add-on options. No hard sales. After a few weeks, I was ready to purchase, and there are a few options in my mind, e.g. F-Pace, Lexus RX350, Macan, and X3. FInally I got convinced by him to lock my option as X3. The purchase flow is super simple, my car was parked in front of the gate, spent 1 hour on documents, and drove my car away. Susan is very nice and knowledgeable to explain the car features to us. I found a few minor debris on the side when I was about to drive the car away. Both Tim and Susan helped me to arrange the follow up full detailed clean for me, which made the purchase worry free. Conor is very organized and effective, he made the finance process much faster than I expected, and still being able to explain all the details to me. More

My new X3 was delivered within 3 weeks of ordering from the factory, which is impressive. However, it seems that there could be some improvement in tracking the date of arrival. My date moved back 3 times, causing some disruption to my commute plans. More
