My mother and i both came in on a Sunday looking for 2 cars and when i tell you we were treated so amazing and with such care and professionalism i mean really i cant express enough how much i love Helms bros and every individual involved in our experience in this dealership. Dino helped us every step of the way his knowledge and experience helped both my mom and i to make the right decision on which care each one of us picked. We finally sat and picked out with detail what we wanted and Dino did just that ! The finance department was amazing they worked with us every step of the way to assure we got the best deal and approval. I worked closely with Jen the manager for the finance department and i mean she is an angel truly an amazing women ! When i told her we wanted to pick up the cars on August 22nd for my mother birthday i mean she went above and beyond alongside with all the helms bros representatives and made this a true memorable experience on such a special day for my mothers 50th birthday. They got her a cake and a huge red bow on her car it was truly remarkable i cant thank you enough helms bros we love you!!!! More

The vehicle was clean, well-cared for, and delivered on time, so I did not take it to my personal mechanic for an inspection like I normally do when buying a car. Helms Bros solid reputation is well-known, and Suzanne told me they would make things right if I had any problems- something I knew I couldn't get by buying from a private owner on Craigslist. Kenya in the business office got everything written up in relatively short order, walked me through the process, answered my questions, and I never felt like she tried to upsell me on anything. This dealership is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. I had my friend with me on a very hot day , and helms provided us with bottled water, and snacks while we sat on a leather couch in the waiting area and watched ESPN. They answered all of my questions, respected my time, and everyone we encountered there was friendly. More
