He explained us each step of the process and showed us all the models we had in mind; helping us in define what was a need versus a want. He finally took all the time we needed in providing the instructions to operate the basic features of the Honda Accord LX we leased. His willingness and overall attitude were outstanding all the time! Paul Rienzi was a great asset in helping us find the best option within our budget; his genuine interest and smile made us feel good. T.J. Burke was very diligent in speeding up all the paperwork to be signed/initialed and provided great advice. In summary, my wife and I won't hesitate in recommending Honda Headquarter at Clermont to any acquaintances looking for a reliable vehicle in a trustworthy dealership. More

The sales associate, Leon, was very professional and made me feel like a friend. He took me on a great test drive that gave a good feel as to how the SUV drove. They gave me a reasonable price for my trade-in and did not hold the keys hostage. I also qualified for the military veteran’s discount which made the deal hard to beat. I appreciate the sales manager’s approval of that. The financing was time consuming due to all the paperwork but TJ made it pleasant. I want to mention Julie, the internet manager whom I contacted first. She helped me find the right SUV for my needs. I highly recommend Headquarter Honda as a great, stress free place to buy a car. More

I did much research, did pre-approvals, and Lee even took the time to help me before i was even ready to buy. When everything was in its place for me to purchase, I called ahead to make sure what i wanted was on the lot. Everything at this dealership was smooth sailing, from test drive to finance (which is helpful when you have a toddler.... the kid area is pretty awesome says my 4 yr old).
