Trouble the moment I left the dealership! Life happens, cars are mechanical and at any time can give you problems, mine happened 5 minutes leaving the dealership at closing time. A recall pro Life happens, cars are mechanical and at any time can give you problems, mine happened 5 minutes leaving the dealership at closing time. A recall problem with the dashboard went out. I immediately called my sales rep Hassan on his cell and he answered, amazing....someone answered a call after closing time. He had me come back to the dealership the very next morning and they were so helpful. No hassle just looking to satisfy the problem. Tim gave me my trade back and promised once they fixed the problem they would delivery my truck to me over 100 miles away. (was on my way to Daytona bike week). One week later, the GREAT Stephanie was there with my tuck. Wayne in service kept me informed daily of the activity and Beaver tossed in a new pair of hub caps for the trouble. I've probably owned over 100 cars in my lifetime and this was the best most honest dealer I've worked with. Thank you. More

It all started with Corey, because my service writer was out sick, he saw me looking like I didn’t know what to do next. He grabbed me and said “ I got you”, granted he got me to do some required maintenanc out sick, he saw me looking like I didn’t know what to do next. He grabbed me and said “ I got you”, granted he got me to do some required maintenance on 2 vehicles, but I felt like I could trust him and he came through on some things another dealer broke. He is not the only person there that was great to us and seemed happy doing their jobs at Beaver like Tim Clarke and Romero. I drive 15 extra miles to go to Beaver. More
