This was a very positive experience for me. As an automotive enthusiast who sometimes struggles to allow others to work on his vehicle (yeah, that guy) it takes a bit for me to get comfortable As an automotive enthusiast who sometimes struggles to allow others to work on his vehicle (yeah, that guy) it takes a bit for me to get comfortable. TJ worked with the extended warranty and facilitated things very well, and communicated things clearly in a timely manner. Besides my main issue, a few things that needed attention of which I was unaware were brought to my attention and subsequently addressed. While routine maintenance items that will need attention were mentioned, there was no pressure to have that work done (I will do those) which I appreciated. The work appears to have been done properly - my truck is quiet again and drives like new! The courtesy rides to and from were a big plus for me and much appreciated. I did not catch the tech's name, but appreciate the amount of work this was and that it was done well. Best service experience I've had in recent memory! More

When I initial spoke with TJ I let him the importance of receiving an accurate assessment of the car. My hope is to drive the car for 5 more years. TJ and his team did a thorough diagnostic on the car. TJ presented the suggested repair work to me in a concise and understandable fashion. TJ kept me abreast of the progress on the car and provided outstanding guidance. I picked up my car on Saturday, August 23, 2023.
