From the moment we met Scott Harris in the parking lot, to the next day when we drove away in our new car, every aspect of this purchase was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and Scott led us through everyt to the next day when we drove away in our new car, every aspect of this purchase was wonderful. I have been with Family Hyundai since 2013, and have always been treated well by the service department. I like how the person who is servicing my car, thru a text introduces themselves and gives a cont always been treated well by the service department. I like how the person who is servicing my car, thru a text introduces themselves and gives a contact number so you can contact them. Never used it but makes it personable. Very efficient as well. I was very unsatisfied. Should’ve been a free oil change with the buy two get one free. The manager was a jerk not very helpful. I will never come back. I will also not recommend your service center to anybody I know. I will actually recommend that they go to other places and it’s upsetting cause I own a Hyundai and my son who lives with me also owns another Hyundai and neither one of our cars will be serviced in your service center again. More
