The experience of purchasing my new Tucson was seamless and stress-free. Michael in service was so disrespectful. (He’s the manager) They say he is good at his job. He failed at delegating since, they wasted my whole day. They have no communication with each oth (He’s the manager) They say he is good at his job. He failed at delegating since, they wasted my whole day. They have no communication with each other. They pass the blame back and forth. I honestly don’t think I will be buy any other car/truck from them unless Michael changes his attitude/customer service skills. Michael thinks he can disrespect, ignore, dismiss people. Since he claims no one is above him. Family Hyundai needs to fix this asap! More
