I had another bad experience here. As my other review stated, the customer service and the speed of the work performed is great. However, again, my tires were all inflated to different pressures and it r stated, the customer service and the speed of the work performed is great. However, again, my tires were all inflated to different pressures and it required me to "re-balance" the inflation of the tires when I left the dealer. I also received a maintenance notification in the email informing me that it is time for a fuel additive treatment to my car. It would have been nice if the dealership would let me know this when I was there and just added it while I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I still come back because of the lifetime warranty on my car if I keep up with the scheduled maintenance of the car but it really pains me to have a bad experience consistently. More

I came into the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and 34 point inspection. The service department informed me that I severely needed brake pads and rotors. They said the rotors were rusted, rotation, and 34 point inspection. The service department informed me that I severely needed brake pads and rotors. They said the rotors were rusted, had a hole and it would cost $800. Of course I declined and went immediately after to get my brakes done by another service provider. It turns out the service department lied to me! The rotors weren’t damaged at all and did not need to be replaced and to top it all off there was no brake fluid in my car! Safe to say I won’t be returning here. And I never received the details of my 34 point inspection. I really wish I knew the exact person that worked on my car so I could make this review more specific but since my call was never returned from the service dept to resolve my issues the entire team is responsible. Called to schedule an appointment because my check engine light was intermittently coming on. TJ set up the appointment for me and assured me I’d be in and out within an hour. When I took the car in, problem light was intermittently coming on. TJ set up the appointment for me and assured me I’d be in and out within an hour. When I took the car in, problem was fixed and I was out in about an hour. Thanks for all your help TJ. More
