Great Sales Person I left a review the other day and wanted to clarify something. The salesman, Aric Cecale, I dealt with was very good. He was professional and I feel h I left a review the other day and wanted to clarify something. The salesman, Aric Cecale, I dealt with was very good. He was professional and I feel he worked very hard to get me the deal I was looking for. My issue is with the service department and/or the receptionist. I called twice a couple days after my purchase to ask a warranty question. I left a message the first time and spoke with someone the second. The person I spoke with did not have an answer and said he would get back to me. I never received a phone call back either time. I did speak with Aric again. He said he would get the answer and return my call, he did just that and had an answer. At this time I believe a different dealership who truly cares about their customers would benefit from Aric being on their staff. I still feel like the supporting players at Bob Penkhus are only concerned about the sale, this assumption does not include Aric Cecale. More

Worked with Ben turning in my 2009 Jetta Sportswagon TDI and found him to be very easy to work with....no pressure, customer focused, courteous, etc. On the new purchase, he worked to get me the car I wanted (from another dealership), ensured I got a good deal (including a military rebate) and simply very attentive to my needs/desires as a customer.
