Unfortunately I cannot recommend this dealership. The customer professionalism and customer service is just not there. I bought an Audi at this Rockville location in August. I still have a temporary The customer professionalism and customer service is just not there. I bought an Audi at this Rockville location in August. I still have a temporary plate after three months. I thought it was DMV's fault but the DMV informed me that Rockville Audi has not submitted any paperwork. I followed up multiple times with the dealership. No one was able to provide me with an explanation. I had to initiate the temporary tags every time they expired. I wrote a formal email outlining actions I would take if they did not rectify the problem. In addition to the temporary license plate they sold me a vehicle with a broken gas cap and a broken door light. Ironically when my husband and I were at the dealership there was an irate man in the lobby who canceled the sale in what appeared to be significant frustration towards the dealership. In hindsight that must have been my omen. No apology, no explanation, no follow up, nothing done to make it right. They take their customers for granted but pride themselves on customer service. I simply asked them to provide the reason for the continued delay in obtaining the title, the exact date by which the title and registration will be delivered and confirmation that all necessary paperwork has been submitted to DMV. I still have not received information on my following request despite sending an email to Marcus Oh (General Manager), Sung Cha and Tae Yeon (Business/Finance Manager). More

I purchased a used EV from this dealership. I am out of state, and the sales associate was great with answering my questions and doing a face time remotely. They seemed accommodating and straight forward showing me a few cosmetic issues before I came in to purchase the car. Driving home, I found I was stranded hours from home, unable to charge at my first stop because of a faulty charge port. The dealership offered no assistance. Further problems with the vehicle include suspension issues and water leaking into the trunk. There is no way they didn’t know about these problems. Buyer beware. More

I was assisted as soon as I walked into the door. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and the salesperson Chris Kutrumbis wasted no time in bringing up the specs and information, pulling the car I came in with an idea of what I wanted and the salesperson Chris Kutrumbis wasted no time in bringing up the specs and information, pulling the car up, letting us test drive and appraising my trade-in vehicle. The finance manager then took his time finding a lender to help me out. It was a great experience and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there.
