I am a first time customer and had no prior impressions of this dealership. While I was considering a new car seriously, I had already visited a competing dealership and planned to buy their car. So, I was only looking a bit more to assure my intent. We visited this dealership on a Saturday and after I left some hours later, I not only bought a new BMW and was also able to trade in my existing car on the spot. During this seamless process I was able to experience informative and constructive sales discussions with Brandon and also with the general manager of sales, Rob. The final purchase agreement was fair and non-contentious. Trading in my car was surprisingly easy given it being a different make. Before I left, I was introduced to my service contact, Brooke, who left no questions unanswered while assuring her availability for service needs going forward. Before I left, another specialist, Milan spent time with me to assure I fully understood the car features and set up relevant connections. Overall, a great experience with every phase of the sales process exemplified by a cohesive and competent team. Highly recommend this dealership. More
