I brought my SUV 3 to have a oil change, I saw Tim Chestnut and asked if he had a vehicle like mine for less miles. He brought it around front and I liked it so I bought it. He is a very nice person. Jack Hojnacki is an excellent salesperson. Otherwise, buying a BMW from this dealership is not pleasant. The ownership of this dealership has allowed it to deteriorate in customer care. Thirty years ago, Southpointe BMW treated its customers well. The current crew must be from the northeast and/or Boca Raton as they are not very nice to long time customers. The exception is Jack Hojnacki who does a fabulous job. More
