Jack was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in selling us the car. It was a very positive experience. The reduced star: - the X5 was "promised" in 4 -5 weeks - it took 9 weeks. Would have preferred a proactive approach. On delivery: - no wheel locks as promised per the sales agreement - car has 20" wheels, but computer was set for 19" throwing out an error message.
