Our service provider was fine. But the mechanic took one look and 'diagnosed' our problem without listening to the specific complaint. After explaining the true issue a second time But the mechanic took one look and 'diagnosed' our problem without listening to the specific complaint. After explaining the true issue a second time, the service personnel said he removed that technician and got another one. I am disappointed that installing a new part took from 730am-430pm, when it was scheduled. It should NOT have taken an entire day. Poor ordering of work, and we feel we were tricked into paying 3x labor costs. Will not return. More

I usually speak with Tony, but since he was out, I spoke with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. I do not recall his last name, but he came out of the sales area where I was sitting. with Tanner, and He gave the same quality of service as Tony. I do not recall his last name, but he came out of the sales area where I was sitting. He offered me some water and asked if I needed anything. My laptop had just died, and he allowed me to use his phone plug to recharge my laptop while waiting for my vehicle. He didn't have to do it, but he did, and I appreciate that. His name tag said Michael or Mike, but the picture of Brandon Toledo looks like him. I am not sure, but He gets (5) stars for his kindness. Also, there is a young lady who stands out to wash the windshield when the cars pull up. I do not remember what she told me her name was, but I forgot my hot tea in the vehicle. She graciously went to get my tea out of the car from where the mechanics were, she went to get it with a smile, and came back and gave me my tea with a smile. I am so appreciative of her smile and superb customer service towards me. More
