She kept us up to date on what was going on with our Bolt, and using text messages for this process is definitely a plus. Sierra's phone system, however, is absolutely abysmal. It was impossible to get through to a real human being, so when Tanya was on vacation, we had to drive to Sierra once to get updates on our new battery's ETA. The battery replacement went smoothly once it was received, and the loan car for the month was more than adequate. But I can't help but wish that the staff would have at least hosed off our car before it was returned; in its 4-year life, it had never gotten so dirty. Something to think about if Sierra has to keep a car for a month....

I took my vehicle to a different Chevrolet dealership and
they kept it for two days without doing anything to it. I then took it to Sierra Chevrolet and they diagnosed AND fixed it within a day and a half!!
