The dealership seems to do its due diligence during service. However, service became unresponsive and lack of communication after they run into problems they couldn't solve. Car owner end up doing al service. However, service became unresponsive and lack of communication after they run into problems they couldn't solve. Car owner end up doing all the research trying to solve the problem. Service members went on vacation without notification to the vehicle owner. May consider changing dealership. More

Service was great and the staff were accommodating,. They broke the center piece to one on my rims and did not try to hide it but came right out and chased me down to explain the situation. I must be honest, I was very reluctant to take my truck to Sierra Chevrolet, my previous experience was less than favorable, with both the Service and Sales Department. I took my Suburban there for servic to Sierra Chevrolet, my previous experience was less than favorable, with both the Service and Sales Department. I took my Suburban there for service and I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. I went there to buy/order my 2018 2500 LTZ that I have now, I waited for over 20 minutes and was never approached by sales staff, so I went back to Allen Gwynn Chevrolet where I had purchased 5 vehicles. My daughter took her vehicle to Sierra and said they were really good to her, so I decided to take a chance, since Sierra is less than 15 minutes from my house. Much to my surprise, I was quickly greeted by the Service Staff as I walked up to the Service Department, and once inside, I spoke with Tanya. She was extremely pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection, and told her I would be waiting. In a little over an hour and a half, I was out the door and my truck was washed. AWESOME service, THANK YOU!!! I will be back to have my truck serviced, and if the Sales staff is like the Service staff, quite possibly I might be back to upgrade to a 3500 LTZ. More

Communication was terrible. I was sold a vehicle that was missing parts and that was never disclosed to me. Also when my car was having issues and I noticed the sales team they I was sold a vehicle that was missing parts and that was never disclosed to me. Also when my car was having issues and I noticed the sales team they blew me off by saying that it was normal. Fast forward to a month later, suv did have issues and they were fixed. Also communication was terrible. I had to be the one calling in to get updates to get my car in the shoppe. They would promise they were going to schedule something and would call me back with an update but they failed times after time. I wrote an honest review during that time and that’s when stuff started to happen. Communication started to occur. It’s said how the customer gets blown off as being needy or not knowing what they are saying More
