Daegan was so patient with us, answered every question we had, and if he didnt know, he got someone who did. We had our 4 year old with us and he was so great with her as well. The rest of the team at Toyota had, and if he didnt know, he got someone who did. We had our 4 year old with us and he was so great with her as well. Process went well with the exception of vehicle cleanup which was not done well at all. Floor mats not installed, car still dirty inside and out, plastic shipping still on the car.
