He took the time to stop what he was doing and look up information from my Jeep sale over 2 years ago. He called me back within minutes once he found it. Without him doing this I would have needed to reschedule my appointment/service. We talked on the phone 4 times that day and each time he was extremely kind, helpful and read everything back to me. I always had a great experience at savage 61 from the moment you walk in the doo buying a new car and their service center disappointed in every way! I always had a great experience at savage 61 from the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and kept in the loop with what is going on with your vehicle. The lady that checks you out wonderful personality!! They even gave me a voucher for the diner across the street while my oil was being changed. I am so happy with their service I am going to go there from now on. More
