Horrible Communication I purchased a car there in Oct.2019 and was the end of the month . It was just the worst I had ever experienced . The sales rep drove to Savannah to g I purchased a car there in Oct.2019 and was the end of the month . It was just the worst I had ever experienced . The sales rep drove to Savannah to get my signature where I worked . I get a call telling me to come to the dealership to sign some papers . Little did I know that I was ask to come there to be told the deal was never approved and I had to leave the car. When I got there the finance manager was extremely rude and pretty much just told me she had to have the vehicle and I was not getting my down payment back . So, I had to find a way home that rainy cold night . The very next day I was not allow to get my personal items from the car. I was devastated and and very disappointed !! For someone to be so desperate to get a sale the very last day of the month and be so negligence in properly doing their job and I ended up paying for your companies mistake . I have called to speak to a manager and as of today to return call . The worst customer service ever !!! i will never refer anyone to your company. More

Beware! I found the car my son had been wanting for college at this dealership. I live four hours away so I spoke to a salesperson on Friday and asked for so I found the car my son had been wanting for college at this dealership. I live four hours away so I spoke to a salesperson on Friday and asked for someone to call me back while standing with the car so I could ask some specific questions. When they did, I specifically asked if there was any visible damage to the car explaining that since I lived so far away I'd have to take him at his word. He said there was none. The Carfax was clean also. Upon arriving on Saturday, my son and I quickly noticed the extensive hail damage to the hood, roof, and rear deck lid...one particular dent was on a top corner of the hood and actually had paint damage. Nowhere in the online post for this car was there any mention of hail damage. While very angrily speaking with a sales manager and the customer service manager discussing possible solutions to the issue, I received word from them that the car had suddenly been sold. After driving four hours back home, I checked the website on Monday to see if the car was still listed and it was. I called to ask if the car was still available and a salesperson called me back to say that it was indeed still available...once again never mentioning the hail damage. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I would think that Mr. Rick Hendrick would be very displeased that his employees would be this deceitful. I would not recommend doing business with ANY Hendrick auto dealership...especially this one. More

Amazingly outstanding I had an amazing experience with this dealership in general. The sales person ( odonal) am not sure how to spell the name. He was very patient with g I had an amazing experience with this dealership in general. The sales person ( odonal) am not sure how to spell the name. He was very patient with great attitude. I feel so comfortable even though the process was late on a Sunday night. I was not rushed or push into what I don't want. In my years of experience buying a car, this is the first time I will rate a dealership as excellent. I had an unforgettable experience. Keep it up guys! More

Never visit on a Friday! Poor communication internally I was offered a price and agreed verbally over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, they said they didn't have approval from the GM to sell it I was offered a price and agreed verbally over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, they said they didn't have approval from the GM to sell it at that price and would not lower it by the $600 we had agreed to. They also included an anti-theft device for 1k that was non negotiable and not included in the sticker price and useless after the first year unless you continue to pay a subscription. I needed a car and didn't want to go to another dealer to start the process over again, so they got me. Probably won't go back. Taylor was good though. He just didn't have control over the price. More

Very important to me that in the future I may make service appointments (not like another dealership where the attitude is that they are doing me a favor and I should sit and wait until it is convenient for them to work me in). Also, Taylor was most accommodating and knowledgeable answering my inquiries about the current model mini van. Sorry I am still investigating, for am sure he and Rick would have been able to offer a great deal. I will definitely return for service!!! Thank you for being there!!! More
