Finance Manager Everybody was great just the Manager in Finance lady a Profession lier and if I can i would give her a 0 . She was trying to have me come back in a week for a temp tag because she didnt know how to print out a temp tag. It took her 3 hrs before another person was able to print my temp tag. More

If we hd known going in, we would NOT have purchsed there. 3 hours after we agreed to a price, we were still there. Seemed customer unfriendly to me. Plus, there was no owners manual in the car. Worst car lot ever!!!! This dealership is a joke!!! I drove 2 hours 48 mins to purchase a car CASH!!! And when I got there the bumper was dented and all rims were scraped up This dealership is a joke!!! I drove 2 hours 48 mins to purchase a car CASH!!! And when I got there the bumper was dented and all rims were scraped up even 1 was discolored. Aerio was suppose to be a manager to help us but he had a very nasty attitude and even kept walking when my husband was calling him!!!! Areio didn’t want to come down off the price at all and even said I will refund your money since I paid 1000 over the phone to secure the car. Before leaving my salesman spoke with another manager kwanzie which was very nice and wanted us to be happy since we drove so far and this wasn’t my fault. I was very pleased with Kwanzie’s attitude and how he kept working till we all were happy!!! Even tho I have to take that drive again I’m so happy Kwanzie was able to help with this situation!!!! He needs to be at another more knowledgeable company!!!! These people’s story change every time u speak with someone else! More
