They really work with you! If I could give them a higher star than 5 I would. I had a credit score of lows 5's that was due to my own neglect. I left in a brand new car but what If I could give them a higher star than 5 I would. I had a credit score of lows 5's that was due to my own neglect. I left in a brand new car but what they suggested made sense. I plan to do what they say. Go back in 7 months for a lower monthly note. I am completely satisfied. More

Great buying experience I purchased a used truck from Rick Hendrick’s in Duluth. My sales associate was Taylor and he was a real pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgeabl I purchased a used truck from Rick Hendrick’s in Duluth. My sales associate was Taylor and he was a real pleasure to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. I also worked with Heather in the service department. She was super friendly and very thorough. I was not able to give the dealer 5 stars because of the finance department. They would not help me cancel my Mopar vehicle protection plan on the truck I traded in. Other then that I had a great experience. More

Too much time! The people here are nice and will try to work with you as much as possible. I waited a long time for a simple repair and for a car simply because some representatives were not updating me on things as they were happening. customers time is very valuable so I would recommend all of the staff to consistently check in on your customers and inform them every step of the way with facts. Bought a car that came from another state. Was not given a date of when the car would arrive. When the car did arrive they kept pushing me on how soon I could pick it up. I was told it was insp Was not given a date of when the car would arrive. When the car did arrive they kept pushing me on how soon I could pick it up. I was told it was inspected although no one could tell me what they inspected or when the next oil change was due! The was a privacy cover missing upon delivery of the car to me. I had to be the bearer of proof via photos that the privacy screen was in the car when we came to look at it. The car was never cleaned and detailed and you gave the car to me with an empty tank of gas. This was to be a very exciting day for me and I felt very rushed and didn’t even get a thank you for my business. More
