Had an 11am appointment. My vehicle was on the lift at 10:55. The service manager Taylor is very efficient. Extremely curtious and helpful from the moment I drove in the parking lot and was greeted by a valet. Courtesy driver took me to the nearby mall and picked me up an hour and a half later.
