Extremely curtious and helpful from the moment I drove in the parking lot and was greeted by a valet. Courtesy driver took me to the nearby mall and picked me up an hour and a half later. I purchased my used KIA at Bridgewater and have been VERY, VERY satisfied with the service. Just had a surprise incident that could have ruined my plans for the holiday weekend, but the Service Dept. cr VERY, VERY satisfied with the service. Just had a surprise incident that could have ruined my plans for the holiday weekend, but the Service Dept. crew really came through. I knew they would be busy, and the Coordinator told me with just the right amount of skepticism that he could not guarantee solving my problem that day - but would try. Fortunately, it was something basic and I was on my way within two hours. VERY, VERY pleased with how I was treated, the car , and ALL the service I've received since 2021! Looking for a KIA? This was the first time I went to Bridgewater Kia since I moved here. The staff was friendly & went out of their way to check my car for a recall item in a very timely fashion & was also kind enough to touch moved here. The staff was friendly & went out of their way to check my car for a recall item in a very timely fashion & was also kind enough to touch up a scrape on my front fender. I plan to service my car there in the future. More

This was my first visit to the dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Taylor and the tech he assigned my car to were extremely professional and really pleasant to talk to.
