I have probably purchased a dozen new vehicles in my lifetime from a dozen different dealerships...my experience with the purchase of my 2019 Buick Enclave was the worst experience by far. Difficult to get callbacks Was trying to refinance a vehicle and it took over three weeks to get a call back. Was very disappointing as I’ve bought many vehicles in the past. T Was trying to refinance a vehicle and it took over three weeks to get a call back. Was very disappointing as I’ve bought many vehicles in the past. They are very busy and it’s understanding my call can’t be returned immediately but I would think it should be within 2-3 days. Every dealership treats you well when buying a vehicle but the best dealerships treat you well when not buying a vehicle and Woodhouse fell short this time. Ted Murray did good getting back to me but finance did not. More
