Ted Rau is fantastic! I had been looking to lease a new Honda Civic since my old lease was up however the dealership in my area (Philadelphia) was pushing me to buy out my current lease at an insanely high Honda Civic since my old lease was up however the dealership in my area (Philadelphia) was pushing me to buy out my current lease at an insanely high price. That's when my Uncle Tony stepped in. He called probably every Honda dealership in the tri-state area and finally came across Ted at Bianchi Honda. Ted not only gave me a GREAT deal but he also found a rally red 2022 Honda Civic ex sedan with all the features I had been looking for! If anyone has been shopping for a car during this time, they would know it's close to impossible to find EXACTLY what you are looking for in a car. He even held the car for me while my boyfriend and I made the 6 hour trek up to Erie. By the time we arrived, Ted had everything ready to go. The lengthy car ride was definitely worth it. Overall, Ted's customer service is impeccable. He along with everyone at Bianchi Honda made this very stressful experience 100x easier than it had so far been. My wife(Christine) and I went to the dealership on Labor Day and were pleasantly surprised to find them open for business. We worked with salesman Ted Rau who explained all of our options leading us to make Day and were pleasantly surprised to find them open for business. We worked with salesman Ted Rau who explained all of our options leading us to make an informed decision in choosing a 2022 Honda HRV. Owner Jason Porreco also interacted with us several times while we were there. We were quite impressed with how friendly and courteous everyone was. We would like to give a shout out to Brandon Kemmer for assisting us with the paperwork. Did I mention this was the fifth Honda we have either bought or leased over the years.
