Our sales member was Ted Rau, Ted makes the process so easy that you wish you could buy two new cars on the same day. This new purchase was just as easy this time as it was back in 2012. That speaks volumes on the process of a new vehicle purchase and the outstanding ownership and management of Bianchi Honda. We take our Honda's back to Bianchi for all of our service after the sale. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic Drive all the way from Cleveland, OH. No place that takes care of one like Bianchi. There are too many to mention, and on top of it, I cannot remember all of their names. But I knew that that would be that way if Ted were unavailable. He worked tirelessly with me in order to make the purchase so easy. I will always return to Ted as long as he is with Bianchi--and I know if he cannot help me for some reason, the rest will. Yes, I drive all the way from Cleveland, OH, because there, from experience, offers the types of service and help and Bianchi does--and the prices are fantastic on top of it all. More

He went the extra mile to find us what we wanted and gave us a very good price...fi Overall, we had a good experience. Our salesman, Lennon was great. He went the extra mile to find us what we wanted and gave us a very good price...finally! It was a long process, and we had to wait quite a bit during negotiations, but they worked with us overall. The only minus was when we went back the next day to pick it up, we were made to wait 35 minutes beyond our app't time to see the finance man, only to be told they couldn't accept our check because it wasn't made out to them (our fault), but it would have been nice to know that right away, so we could have driven back and corrected it sooner. We also found him to be much less friendly than the other two. More
