We walked into the Nimnicht Dealership today looking for our new ride and They were So Attentive to our needs. Miss. The AllState Insurance Gentleman was Wonderful!!! He found us the Best Deal with a payment plan that fit our budget. We brought in the necessary paperwork to start our search and We drove home today in our New Ride!!! The Nimnicht Dealership on Phillips Hwy. is the Cleanest place we have ever visited and Smells Delightful. Everyone that we met were so Plesant and offered us a cold water bottle. Ty Richmond was by far the best to swing a deal in the right direction. I walked in with a mindset of not purchasing a vehicle because my trade-in was undervalued from what I owed on it. Ty was able to ge right direction. I walked in with a mindset of not purchasing a vehicle because my trade-in was undervalued from what I owed on it. Ty was able to get my vehicle valued at paid off which put me in the attitude to buy. The truck I was looking at had a noticeable gouge in the front; I told Ty that I did not want the truck for the amount of money I was going to invest. Ty was able to work in the deal at no charge to me to get the damage fixed. I brought the truck in two days later to drop it off to get fixed and Ty was able to put me in a loaner, courtesy of NIMNICHT GMC. Two more days later I was able to pick up my truck, not only astonished by how there were no signs of the previous damage, but also the truck was detailed to what appeared to look like day one off of the assembly line. I never expected to buy a truck in this time of economy, but Ty made the deal work in my best interest. Definitely recommend using this dealership and giving Ty Richmond a visit. More

Heather and Tee were absolutely amazing! I had the opportunity to talk to Heather about 8 months ago when I was vehicle shopping. I had just purchased my vehicle when she contacted me. I told her of m opportunity to talk to Heather about 8 months ago when I was vehicle shopping. I had just purchased my vehicle when she contacted me. I told her of my ordeal of the vehicle I had just bought and of how unhappy I was. She told me to call her next time I needed to buy a vehicle and she would help me. She was so kind and understanding and listened to my whole situation that I saved her contact information. Well, 8 months later my vehicle was totaled. I was at a loss and so upset. I called Heather. She answered the phone by calling me by my name. She remembered my whole situation. 8 months later!!!! I was so impressed!!!! The next day I went to the dealership and met with Tee. I had gone to the dealership website the night before and was interested in a certain vehicle. My credit is not the best due to Covid and I knew that my options would be limited. When I met with Tee we test drove the vehicle I was interested in. I did not qualify for that vehicle. Tee did everything to help me in my situation. She got me qualified for another vehicle. This vehicle had everything I was looking for and more!!! She got me qualified without a co-signor!!! She got me an extended warranty!!! She made sure everything in the vehicle was working. She asked me if I needed her to set up any of the features like memory seats or Bluetooth phone. During the whole process she was kind, sweet, understanding, compassionate, and professional. She made the whole process effortless and the best experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I would hands down recommend Nimnicht Buick GMC and Tee to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
