I was pleased with the selection and features of all three. I choose to test drive the 2015 black Grand Cherokee. We reviewed the features and compared the other options. After the discussion, I was sent to Noel to review financing. I purchased new vehicles before. Noel was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable. Searching for the best auto loan rate. I really appreciate his efforts. On July 31st, I return the vehicle to repair/ replace a door handle. Tee from the service department quickly offered a loaner. I was very pleased with the easy of getting service done. I will surely return to their service department. If I took anything back from my experience. This dealer really cares about doing it right. Sales person was great, management not so much Damien from sales was outstanding as was Vinny from the finance department. Damien helped me every step of the process wether it was answering a call Damien from sales was outstanding as was Vinny from the finance department. Damien helped me every step of the process wether it was answering a call or text after hours, or handling every request I had. When it came time to do the finance Vinny was top notch and could not be more helpful or professional. However the management there seemed to not care whether they made another customer or not. While going over the negotiations they would not budge over a few hundred dollars, often stating they don’t have it in the budget. Elmwood Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep is a multimillion dollar dealership so I wasn’t believing one second of it. If it was based solely on management I would not recommend this place to anybody, but dealing with Damien, Vinny and even Tee in service, those people make that place run and make it bearable to do business there. I could not give a higher recognition for those three individuals, and based on those three alone I would recommend the dealership to a friend. More
