Felt Like This Was How It Was Supposed to Work. I hadn't shopped for a car for nearly 20 years. I had driven through many lots over several weeks looking for what would interest me. Salespeople most I hadn't shopped for a car for nearly 20 years. I had driven through many lots over several weeks looking for what would interest me. Salespeople mostly stayed inside where it was warm. Kyle came outside in the cold on Friday, showed me some cars, compared them, and asked the questions that led me to select our Terrain Denali AWD. I came with my wife on Saturday to test drive and choose. We came back on Monday morning at 10:30, signed some paperwork with Teresa's help, and drove our Terrain Denali home a little after noon. Kyle and Teresa are good people. Couldn't have done it without them! More

Great small town values I talked to mark a couple of weeks ago. I walked in and asked for him and Kyle told me he was not there. I told him what I was looking at and he liste I talked to mark a couple of weeks ago. I walked in and asked for him and Kyle told me he was not there. I told him what I was looking at and he listened to me and came up with a great deal. Kyle worked for me and Rick came out because I was still not liking the number we had. Rick / the Boss came over and gave me the deal I could not refuse. Then came the wife approval the next day. Rick sweetened the deal more for her so we bought the car. Thank guys you all are great. I talked to Mark the day we picked the car up and he had nothing but good things to say about the car, deal, and Kyle. I say this because I have been to dealerships that salesmen are cut throat when it comes to making the sale. Thank you Kyle Rick and Mark. Teresa was awesome also making the process quick and explaining everything so it all could be understood. More
