The WORST DEALERSHIP EVER. Everybody tries to scam you and there is not a single decent or competent human being that works here. I’m truly unsure of how this place still exists. Everything that comes out and there is not a single decent or competent human being that works here. I’m truly unsure of how this place still exists. Everything that comes out of their mouth is lie. I was billed $1000 after returning my leased car even though I had bought $5000 insurance coverage for the vehicle at the time of signing the lease. I have been attempting to work with a financial manager (Terrence Shine) for the past week to get this taken care of and he literally cannot even return a phone call or email and will have the receptionist lie to me everytime I call. Apparently he’s constantly in a meeting or starting work at noon??? How stupid do you think your clients are??? Horrible. This should be an issue that can be resolved in ten minutes. We have been leasing cars for 18 years and have never had this many problems with a dealership. They have absolutely no respect for your time. More
