Terry Baughman has been great I have been purchasing vehicles from Klaben Ford since I was able to purchase my first car. On Wednesday of this week I was able to get the new 2016 I have been purchasing vehicles from Klaben Ford since I was able to purchase my first car. On Wednesday of this week I was able to get the new 2016 F-150 Sport. Terry has always worked hard for me to get me into what I want. My wife and I recommend him to everyone and have sent him a number of very satisfied (now repeat) customers. The Klaben Family are all very welcoming and I feel comfortable being there. And while we get the best customer friendly service possible, Terry is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and go over everything with me when I purchase one. I recently dealt with a new salesman for the first time, Terry Baughman. I was a little nervous dealing with someone new, and also upgrading from a fusion to a Lincoln. But I had no reason to be nervous. Terry was wonderful and made me very comfortable. I got a good deal and love the car. I went back a couple of days later to ask some questions and Terry was so nice and took the time to answer my questions and to download an app to my phone. Another salesman, Mike Cooney, also explained a lot of the features to me and was very helpful. I will definitely continue to go to klaben for my future vehicle purchases. More

When I came in a few days later to finalize he had everything ready to go and was in and out of there in just under 2 hours. It was great!
