I had been unsuccessful 3 times trying to contact the sales associate that sold me my car - as this was my first oil change, and he told me he would set it up for me at 7,500 miles. So much for that. After finally getting my appt. scheduled on my own I sat...and waited...for 1.5hrs. only after being told it would be approx. 30min. More
