They were awesome to deal with. Very friendly people. The only thing we had an issue with was we never were told the price of the vehicle up front. Had to ask a few times. Even when we got to the finance guy only thing we had an issue with was we never were told the price of the vehicle up front. Had to ask a few times. Even when we got to the finance guy we told him we still weren't told what the price of the vehicle was. He was surprised. So we had to start over. Other then that. Great people to deal with. Ask me in a year from now and we'll see how well their customer service is. But right now I'd recommend them in a heat beat. We were highly recommended to go see them from a number of other folks. We really had a great time buying our latest car. There was no stress, tension or pressure with our purchase. Our salesman( Terry Elsworth ) was terrific! This guy knows his job and enjoyed doing business was no stress, tension or pressure with our purchase. Our salesman( Terry Elsworth ) was terrific! This guy knows his job and enjoyed doing business with us. You can tell he really likes his job, and it shows ! If I owned a dealership I’d steal him and he’d be working for me - he’s that good. There were a few minor issues with the car & he made sure they were corrected . It was a real pleasure buying from a dealership that gave us piece of mind with no stress or tension. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle we will definitely come back to Eagle GMC and hopefully Terry will still be working there. He’s quite a guy ! I’d also like to thank Bob ( forgot his last name ) in finance who walked us thru the process & and made that part of our purchase painless as well. Now there’s another employee who loves his job. Hats off to Terry & Bob ! P.S. The coffee was fresh & the bathrooms were very clean ! April is running a terrific operation with fantastic employees ! I didn't get the names of the people that helped me. But they deserve 5 stars. Guess I was caught up in the friendly service along with how organized and comfortable the place is. Politely wearing masks when within 6 feet of one another. Everything was clean and nice and even smells fresh. Good coffee too. The alignment was quick and clean. The price was quite comfortable. Now my vehicle rides and steers so smooth and clean. Yes, a great job well done. I thank you all for obviously taking pride in everything you do and treating me like a friend. More
