Our credit card was not taken away to check our credit rating, the sales person did not make multiple trips to check things with his manager. We were never even slightly pressured. Our credit rating was checked at the end when we were signing the papers. On our first trip there we spoke with Kevin who gave us his card. We returned a week or so later (no apt) and he told us that he would be busy in a little while and wanted us to have complete attention so he sent us to Chris Smith. On our first visit we were ready to buy, by the time the second visit rolled around we had met some people who had leased and we had questions about leasing ( they had leased from Chris Smith). We loved the roses and the fact that a $250 donation was made in our name to charity. More

Used 2016. That sold minutes before we signed. Oh well. He put us in a 2917 Outback for almost the same price as the used car. How cool is that. Drove it up to M Lemon today, 100+ miles, drives like a dream. Still waiting for that 35+ mph to kick in. More

Traci Roberts gave crystal clear explanations of cost and contents of extra packages (maintenance, security, etc.). No pressure. Before we left the lot, Sean went through everything with us, including making sure our cell phones were hooked up to the car's blue tooth. He then introduced us to his manager, Loren Henry, and we were on our way. Everything was completed before noon with, you guessed it, no pressure! More

Kevin allowed me to test drive three vehicles on the Tucson Subaru lot. I was able to decide on the vehicle which best suited my needs. Kevin allowed me a 72 hour time period to "sleep" on my decision without pressuring me to close the deal! This was an important selling point to me. Kevin provided a follow up low pressure phone call during this waiting period. At all times my interaction with Kevin was very friendly. Kevin communicates well with the elderly! I was very impressed with Kevin's salesmanship and would recommend him to anybody interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Surprised When my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle, we quickly decided on the Subaru Forester. It checked all the boxes and fit our needs perfectly. When my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle, we quickly decided on the Subaru Forester. It checked all the boxes and fit our needs perfectly. Next came the visit to the dealership. I have purchased a few vehicles in my life and being that this was our first Subaru, I was not looking forward to this step at all. I admit, I was probably a bit stand offish with Trent at first, because I was anticipating a different experience. I discovered Trent to be a straight talker, and I appreciate that. I did my research and knew what I wanted as far as model and options. When the time came to make the purchase, Trent came through with the exact trade in allowance, and options that I wanted with the terms I was comfortable with. This buying experience exceeded all my expectations. Throughout the whole process, I was expecting something to go wrong but it never did. I selected my model, color, and options. Ordering, delivery, finance rate, and trade in allowance all met or exceeded my expectations. My car buying experience at Tucson Subaru, and their friendly and helpful staff, are the best I have seen. Thank you Trent, and thank you Traci! More
