I came in with my offer and a few hours later I drove away with a 2017 Outback. While I sat comfortably eating a cookie, behind the scenes 1) my offer was accepted, 2) credit checked, 3) car detailed, 4) Traci Finance prepared all documents, 5) Jennifer went over all the books involved in owning the car 6) Traci Roberts gave me detailed explanation of maintenance coverage, I signed my name 10 times and 7) I was out the door with my new car and a dozen roses from the dealership. Everyone was highly proficient and helpful in their explanations no matter what my questions were. Everyone is very experienced in their field which is great because I had a lot of questions. Terry Isemenger in sales made my car buying experience uncommonly easy, and comfortable. Trent Nichols was so patient with me when explaining various things to me and also when we went out to my new Outback where he explained the the features to me. His explainations were very helpful. Tim Hanson worked with me when it came to the financing and that was a very smooth experience. Everyone of them told me if I have any questions I could call them. This was a very comfortable experience. More

From 'root canal' to a 'great experience'! I am well into retirement and over the years have purchased somewhere from two to three dozen cars, vans, suvs, sports cars, etc. etc! I have hated the experience for the last couple of dozen years! Right next to a root canal on my 'least favorites' list! And, my last and only car built in Asia was a Datsun 240 Z, British Green and I had to have it! I have a lot of friends that swear by their Subaru of various models so my wife and I decided to take a look at the Subaru. Our last statement as we left the house was that 'we are not buying a car this year'! Spent two pleasant and informative hours that afternoon with a very talented and knowledgeable sales person and left the dealership knowing that if the dealership wanted to work with us to buy a car that we would do it. Less than 24 hours later we were working with the 'finance' person to get all the paperwork squared away and even that was an okay experience which took no longer than 15 minutes. We are two days into ownership and loving it! When we buy our next car we will buy from this lady! We sure hope that she is still selling the Subaru brand! More

Besides having a superior product, Tucson Subaru staff really "gets" customer service. In the past, I have had negative experiences at other dealers from male sales people who were patronizing or talking "down to me" just because I'm female. Not so at this dealership! The sales person who helped me, Kevin Gribble, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Same with the sales manager, Terry, and the finance person, Traci. When you have a great car and good, capable people, what's not to love? More

I have to say that working with the folks at Tucson Subaru is just plain easy. My wife and I have purchased four cars from them over the years, with the most recent being a 2016 STi. Sean, the salesman was personable and upfront about everything. Terry, the sales manager was willing to work completely within my budget to put the sale through, and Curt the finance guy (whom I've worked with in the past on all of our cars) just laughed (in a good way) as I bought yet another Subie from them. All great folks that made it easy to be in and out of the dealership in about two hours. Keep up the good work guys. More
