Very First Car Purchase After driving my friends 2015 Subaru WRX, I knew I wanted to get one. So I decided to visit the Tucson Subaru Dealership. I was greeted by Bob Wilson After driving my friends 2015 Subaru WRX, I knew I wanted to get one. So I decided to visit the Tucson Subaru Dealership. I was greeted by Bob Wilson (who actually was the salesman for my friend too) and he walked me through their inventory, buying process and waiting list per say. Around early February, a used white 2015 WRX premium trim is in their inventory. I was ecstatic and immediately started to contact Bob. Unfortunately, the bar on their sales price for the used vehicle would not reach my threshold. At this moment, I was ready to buy, and found a car in California. I contacted Terry Iseminger to see if they could do anything better or even match, and with out a doubt, he said he could. They had a white WRX premium Trim coming in from the factory and all I had to do was wait until it came in. Of course, they don't disappoint and the car arrived earlier than expected. The very next day I came in and started the buying process with Steve Norris since Bob was out. He showed me the vehicle, answered my questions and help me with some setup on the car too. Overall a great salesman with a positive attitude. Traci Roberts in finance helped get the best loan for me; along with a great maintenance package. She made the paper work portion a breeze and was able to explain every small detail, especially since she knew I was first time car buyer. A great learning experience. More

Steve's sales approach was low-key and informative. I never felt that uncomfortable push that many dealers engage in as soon as you enter the showroom. Steve listened while I explained my car needs and took me for a test ride in a Forester. After very little hassle and negotiating I bought the car I test drove. Traci Roberts made the leasing process quick and easy and she was helpful and friendly. I never felt pressured by either employee and was happy to drive home in my new car. More

I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited If Subaru had a category for "National Salesman of the Year", Joe Micoletti would get my vote! I wasn't quite ready to buy when I first visited Tucson Subaru because I wanted to see if the information in Consumer Reports about Subaru really rang true and I wanted to test drive several models that CR recommended (and not just Subarus). From the moment I met Joe, his friendliness and easy-going manner alleviated any concerns I had about getting pushed into making a deal. We went for several test drives in several different models and I told Joe that I was still going to visit other dealerships before I would make a decision. And even though I kept coming back to test drive under different conditions (sunny, rainy and night time), Joe was always friendly and answered every question I had. He kept assuring me that he would work with me until we found the right vehicle for me. His customer service skills are fabulous and his easy-going manner made this car buying experience exceptionally easy and fun! And after I read the manual, marking many pages where clarification was needed, Joe spent the time answering each question and concern I had. And should any issues appear on the horizon, I am quite confident that I will be able to visit with Joe and have those concerns addressed. I would recommend that anyone who wanted to buy a Subaru in Tucson look up Joe Micoletti and experience what fabulous customer service really looks like! And my thanks also to Terry, John and Louie for making me feel like a welcome guest. Every single employee I saw or spoke to was friendly and had a smile on his or her face. The dealership is truly customer oriented and I look forward to a long relationship with Tucson Subaru. And, oh yeah, I love my Crosstrek Hybrid!! More

Great service at Tucson Subaru When I visited the Subaru dealership I was kind of set on getting a Nissan Xterra, but had heard great reviews about the Forester so I stopped in just When I visited the Subaru dealership I was kind of set on getting a Nissan Xterra, but had heard great reviews about the Forester so I stopped in just to take a look. Kevin Woessner was a great salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car and it's features. I told him my price range and he was able to find me a brand new model that fit my budget within a couple days. I liked how straight forward Kevin was. He knew a lot about the vehicle, and followed up with me. I visited several other dealerships that agreed to a lower price, but I was surprised that they did not bother to follow up with me. I will have to say, the quality of the vehicle, along with Kevin's knowledge, and his persistence in following up in a no-pressure kind of way made me decide on the Forester, even though the price was a bit higher than I wanted to pay. The Forester is a great car, very smooth ride, and very classy. The General Manager Loren has also followed up with me throughout the process and made sure all my questions were answered. Since my purchase, Kevin has continued to follow up with me to make sure I have no questions, and that I am satisfied with my purchase. It was important for me to work with a dealership that I would be happy to go back to, to service my vehicle. Some of the sales people at the other dealerships were really young and cocky, and not knowledgeable about the vehicle. It's sad when I know more about the car than they do! Traci in Finance was great too. She was very patient and took her time to answer all of my questions, and went above and beyond to work with me on my financing issues. I'd highly recommend Tucson Subaru. More
