Could’ve been I brought my vehicle to this service center last Friday afternoon for an oil change, they asked if I would like a tire rotation, but I declined due to I brought my vehicle to this service center last Friday afternoon for an oil change, they asked if I would like a tire rotation, but I declined due to the fact I was getting one the next day from where I purchased my tires from which was included in the price. I used to let them rotate my tires when it was included in the oil change service, but I refuse to pay for a service I’ll be getting free the following day. At one time I trusted this service center, but since several months ago when I had wheel bearings replaced and they didn’t see the bent rim on the front of the car where they were replacing the wheel bearings. So back to the oil change, after my service was completed and paid for it at the counter, nobody bother to tell me my car was not in the service bay, but outside in front of the building with the keys in the ignition while I was waiting patiently for my car to arrive.
