As you know my new Prius is in the shop with a blown tire. I was told it would be ready by Monday. Now I'm told it will be at least 3-4 weeks. This is unacceptable. New cars should not be released or sold unless there are spare parts available, especially tires,(which can fail at any time). I have not been able to locate a tire replacement either, but that gives me no satisfaction. If my car remains inoperable the end of this week, I think I should have use of a loaner, or replaced with a different toyota, a Camry perhaps, which I just traded in. As you must know, I am a long standing,loyal customer, and should be treated as such. Thanks for listening. Martin Gross More
