Considering the current nationwide supply shortage, Thom investigated anticipated incoming vehicles and found the one that matched my girlfriend and my needs. There were a few delays, even when he received updated date ranges, which he would promptly convey. He even gave me an update (of a delay) when he was on holiday. This is 'above and beyond' service in my book. The car actually arrived 2 days before its final 'due date'. He walked us through everything thoroughly despite how late into the evening it was getting. More
