The dealership was very good at explaining the process. Back in May, I put money down for a car that they said would come in July and it was a nice surprise to get it early. Thom (with the ponytail) was very nice, patience, and consistent. He called with updates every couple of weeks for the Corolla hybrid I wanted. I did not place an order for one so whenever one became available, he would call and describe it to me so that I can decided if I would come in for it or not. The finance manager (I forgot his name) was also very nice and not pushy; he made it clear that the add-ons offered did not have to be purchased in order to do business AND was able to beat the rates I walked into the dealership with (check ready and all) by more than 0.35%. On top of all that, the staff was amazingly helpful and patient with my toddler who was also there with me offering him toys and candy to help pass the time! More

I came in to have my leased Prius inspected and some service items completed and happened to meet up with Thom Leibowitz who in his previous life had been my youngest daughter's school teacher. Since m service items completed and happened to meet up with Thom Leibowitz who in his previous life had been my youngest daughter's school teacher. Since my lease was up Thom asked what I planned on doing and I told him I was going to buy the car.. Right there and then he led me painlessly through the process even taking time to drive me home to pick up my checkbook. By the time the service was completed on the car the deal was done. I couldn't have asked for a better experience handled very professionally by a guy who knows what he is doing. More
