To begin with, I spoke to Tom Hackett on the phone and it was I rated my experience at this dealership with a Five Star rating because they earned it. To begin with, I spoke to Tom Hackett on the phone and it was easy to get a convenient appointment time to bring my car in for service.. I then received a confirmation email with the date, time, and the reason for the appointment. It also showed the name of the service technician I had requested, Dave Church. The management and employees who work there always give me their best effort to make me a satisfied customer. When you really come down to it, the one person who has for the past 15 years been the technician who I have requested to work on my vehicles is Dave Church. He is excellent and I never have to worry if a repair is be done correctly, very reassuring. More
