I found my Jeep Gladiator online and after I made an inquiry, Jim Miller reached out to me and we began the process of putting the deal together. The online agreement minimized the pain associated with vehicle purchases. Thomas and Jim worked with me to ensure that I understood all aspects of the transaction. When I arrived at the dealership Jim and I drove my gladiator and Jim explained all of the features and characteristics plainly and clearly. Afterwards we returned to the dealership and the final paperwork couldn't have taken more than about 10-15 minutes and I was able to be on my way with my Jeep. The efficiency, expertise, and professionalism exhibited by Jim and Thomas are a tribute to the over-all character of Jim Palmer DCJR.
