So I went into Sarant Cadillac, which I had driven p Always wanted to own a Cadillac, as most Americans do and I had to scratch it off my bucket list. So I went into Sarant Cadillac, which I had driven past many times, always glancing at the entrance and saying to myself "One day, I am going to be their customer"! Well, I had the pleasure and luck of meeting Thomas Sabbatino (Tommy). Tommy had a laid back comfortable style, spent time showing me an XT5, took me for a test drive, helped check my cell Bluetooth, and never rushed or pressured me. I was still undecided, and decided to check out the ATS instead, and I went right back to Tommy who showed me a sweet ATS luxury Sedan, helped me get the best trade in value, used my GM points, tossed in a cargo net, and I was driving home in my new caddy that day!! Even my wife complimented the car and Tommy. A shout out to Freddie Rollo as well for walking me through the financing aspect, adding in the extra $2M dealer promo & securing that cargo net for me that Tommy had promised. Both these guys are the best, consummate professionals, I even got a hug from Freddie on the way out. Love these guys. More
