The Service is excellent, and the Advisor's are very attentive to the needs of their customers. I have found, in dealing with any Service Department or Sales staff, that the secret to a good relationship with any dealership is communication. I'm not shy about expressing my needs, and wants. They have answered in kind, by keeping me well informed as to any ongoing problems or issues. Since I never have a major issue, I only get to see the service folks, on the days that routine maintenance is required. More

I went back and forth between 2018 model that I liked but finally decided to get the 2017 in the next higher trim. I got quotes for each car I was thinking about as I couldn’t make up my mind. I also started out thinking of leasing. Got some nice quotes though I finally decide to buy instead of lease. Car was Delivered on day I wanted and was shown how to operate all the features which was great. So many of these features were not in any vehicle I’ve owned before. I would recommend this dealership to my friends if they are interested in a Caddie. BTW, I almost bought a Mercedes E class instead! More

No matter what I need, from sales to service, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I leased two vehicles from John Nassour in the last 14 months and I am very happy with the result of the sales. I am so glad John convinced me to go with the CTS4 2.0T. I was very skeptical about getting into a 4 cylinder vehicle but as it turns out, he was on the money and I love the engine. AND.....my wife loves her 2017 XT5! I must admit that I miss Bill Boccio (former senior service guy) tremendously however, knowing and occasionally dealing with Joe Mistretta over the years gives me the comfortability to continue to rely solely on Sarant's Service Department for my service needs! More
