I made an appointment to get my tire checked it was losing air a lot. As soon as I arrived for my appointment the staff member came out to greet me welcomed me took my keys and check for mileage and he losing air a lot. As soon as I arrived for my appointment the staff member came out to greet me welcomed me took my keys and check for mileage and he also checked for the lights a number of things that I wouldn't have thought they would have done when I was in for a tire check. He let me know what he was doing and then when taking my information down to input he explained to me what might have to be done. After they took my vehicle he came out in a while and let me know what it cause the tires pressure, I had two nails in them. He let me know that they were fixable and I would not have to buy a new tire . He explained what they would be doing and balancing the tire and everything and the cost I would pay at the end. When my car was finished he came out and explained everything again what they had done and saw that I had reward points and utilize them to pay for this appointment. My car was washed very nice and I cannot say enough about the staff member who helped me. My thoroughly efficient, confident, professional and dress and style Thomas S is one everyone should ask for. More
